Lake Cleanup a success

Thanks to all the volunteers that ventured into the water to retrieve trash from Lake Harriet this past Saturday at the Lake Harriet Environment Council July in-water cleanup. I apologize for not getting a photo of the group (due to people coming and going), but the trash bags were more stationary, so I could get a picture of all of the debris removed.

The Lake Harriet Bandshell was packed for the Belfast Cowboys annual concert on July 10th. The seats were filled, the hill was covered with blankets and lawn chairs...and it was quite the scene.
